Our Wealth Strategy Process

Our structured approach ensures a clear path to achieving your financial goals. Each step is designed to provide clarity, confidence, and control over your wealth journey.

02

Discovery : What to Expect at Your First Meeting

Your first meeting is a 30-45 minute conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll ask about your
retirement timeline, current investments, and what's kept you up at night financially. You
don't need to bring documents to this first call — just come with your questions.

03

Onboarding : What Happens After We Decide to Work Together

Once you decide to move forward, we'll request account statements, your most recent tax return, and any existing estate planning documents. From there, we typically build your initial financial plan within 2-3 weeks, then walk through it together in a dedicated planning meeting.

04

Comprehensive Analysis

We analyze every aspect of your financial life—investments, taxes, retirement projections, estate plan, insurance coverage, and more. We identify opportunities, gaps, and risks that need attention.

05

Strategy Presentation

We present a comprehensive plan with clear recommendations. You'll see exactly what we propose, why we're proposing it, and what impact it will have on your financial future. Everything is explained in plain language.

06

Implementation

Once you're comfortable with the plan, we handle implementation. We coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and other professionals as needed to ensure everything is executed properly.

07

Ongoing Partnership

Your life changes, markets shift, and laws evolve. We meet regularly to review your plan, make adjustments, and ensure you stay on track. We're with you for the long haul.

FAQ

  • How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are fully onboarded — plan built and reviewed — within 3-4 weeks of our first meeting.

  • Do I need to bring documents to the first meeting?

No. The first conversation is about understanding your situation and goals. We'll
request documents only once you decide to move forward.

  • How often will we meet after the initial plan is built?

At least twice a year. Between January -April for tax projections and investment rebalancing, September - December to make adjustments to the financial plan and cash flow projections. Clients can reach out and talk to us as many times as they want to discuss about their finances.
